How to find movies and series in your streaming app

Large libraries are easiest to use when you know a few habits.

Use search first

Open Movies or Series, then use the search box. Type a unique part of the title. Short words and punctuation can confuse the search.

Categories group titles by language, genre or year. Browse the language you need, then scroll.

Several films and series share one name. Check the year and the cast before you play. Look at the description in the app if it shows one.

It may be filed under another language or category.
The title may use a different spelling or an English name.
The app may be showing an old list. Close it, open it and reload the playlist.
It might not be in the library yet. Tell us the name, year and language and we check it for you.

New films and series appear as the library is updated. If you are waiting for a release, message us and we look for it.

Open the series, choose the season, then the episode. Some apps remember where you stopped.

Why does the app show only part of the library?

The app may not have finished loading. Wait for it, then reload.

Can you add a title?

Tell us the title. We check whether it exists and request it if it does not.
