What you need

• An iPhone or iPad with a recent iOS and a good connection.
• An internet connection of at least 30 Mbps, and 50 Mbps or more is good, because the connection is usually shared by the whole family.
• WhatsApp on your phone, to message us.

Setup steps

1. Make sure your iPhone and iPad is connected to the internet and working normally.
2. Open the App Store, search for the app we name for you and install it. We send the exact name on WhatsApp.
3. Open the app and send us a photo of the screen that shows the code it displays. A photo is safer than typing.
4. We load your live channels, movies and series from our side.
5. Close the app completely and open it again. Your free 1-day trial is ready to watch.

Internet in Europe

Across Europe fibre is common in cities and DSL is still used in many smaller towns. Either is usually enough, provided the TV is not on a weak Wi-Fi corner of the home.
